Dr. Paige DePompei, D.C.
Dr. Paige is the founder of Coastal Chiropractic and a family chiropractor specializing in prenatal, postnatal, and pediatric care. A former Division 2 collegiate tennis player, she discovered chiropractic after it resolved her own injuries and chronic migraines — sparking a passion for whole-body healing that she now brings to every patient. She’s certified in the Webster Technique, Dry Needling, and Active Release Technique, and treats every patient like family.
Dr. Heather Champion, DC
Dr. Heather is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician® with a passion for helping active patients recover from injury and get back to doing what they love. With an evidence-based approach and certifications in sports chiropractic and neuromuscular dry needling, she’s spent years caring for families and athletes across Florida and Tennessee. Off the clock, she’s happiest kayaking or at the beach with her husband and daughter.
Louisa
Louisa assists Dr. Paige and Dr. Heather with a passion for functional health, rooted in her own journey overcoming personal health challenges. Currently finishing her licensing in Nutritional Therapy, she believes true care means treating the whole person — movement, sleep, nutrition, and lifestyle together. She’s dedicated to helping every patient feel supported on their path back to feeling their best.

Do you accept insurance?
We are an out-of-network chiropractic office, which allows us to provide high-quality chiropractic care without the restrictions that often come with insurance companies. Instead of billing insurance, we keep our cash prices comparable to what many patients would pay for a co-pay, making care affordable and transparent.
If you’d like to use your out-of-network benefits, we’re happy to provide a superbill that includes all the billing codes from your visit. You can submit this directly to your insurance company to request reimbursement, depending on your individual plan.
Our goal is to make chiropractic care simple, affordable, and focused on what is best for your health—not what insurance dictates.
How much does a chiropractic adjustment cost?
Our chiropractic adjustments are designed to be affordable for individuals and families.
- A single chiropractic adjustment is never more than $60.
- With memberships, packages, or personalized treatment plans, adjustments can be as low as $49 per visit.
We also offer several wellness services that can be added to your appointment, including:
- Dry Needling
- Cupping Therapy
- Infrared Sauna
These therapies are optional add-ons and never exceed $39 each.

Can you adjust babies and pregnant women?

All of our doctors are Webster Certified, meaning they have completed specialized training in chiropractic care during pregnancy. The Webster Technique is a gentle, safe approach commonly used to help improve pelvic balance and support a more comfortable pregnancy.
We also specialize in pediatric chiropractic care and can safely adjust children of all ages—even newborns. In fact, we have adjusted babies as young as one day old.
Infant and pediatric adjustments are extremely gentle and use light pressure that’s very different from the techniques used on adults. Parents often bring their children in for concerns such as feeding difficulties, colic, torticollis, constipation, ear infections, growing pains, posture concerns, or simply to support healthy development.
